HOIST CIRCUIT X- PRESS ® – A combination of cardio and resistance stations, the Hoist Circuit Express is a fast and efficient way to improve your overall fitness. Using the Hoist Roc-It equipment, our motivating instructors will guide and encourage you as you work through the circuit.

FAT BURNER ® – Maximize your caloric burn in this interval based workout that utilizes a variety of metabolic training techniques. With a focus on large muscle groups and intervals this class will challenge your cardio, strength and core and burn some serious calories!

WARRIOR FIT ® – The most challenging of the group classes. This 60-minute fitness test is great for athletic endurance or preparation for a Tuff Mudder/Spartan Race. Be ready to sweat and your legs and upper body push the limits of your fitness!

METABOLIC CONDITIONING ® – Great for all fitness levels, metabolic conditioning consists of full body structured patterns of work and rest. If you are willing to push yourself to the limit and then committed to taking a break – you will see improvement in your performance. One of the best things about Metabolic Conditioning is that it is going to challenge your system no matter what resulting in improved conditioning and fat loss.
